The Project-Nerd Team here with an exciting update... your comics are on the ground!
The printer has updated us with details that the comic order has crossed the Pacific Ocean and landed in California. They are now being hauled to Colorado where we will start dividing, weighing, packaging, and shipping. We expect that delivery to be to us by end of next week and we'll spend the following weeks prepping and packaging.
This means we need to lock the BackerKit Surveys and Pre-Orders. If you have not completed your BackerKit Survey, which about 5% of you haven't, we can't ship to you until you do. Those 5% do not impact the other 95% of you. We will be locking those forms for the 95% that are complete this weekend. Meaning, if you added more perks, your card will be charged this weekend. Meaning, if you have a digital perk, they will be hitting your inbox in the coming week. Meaning, if your address has changed, you need to fix that this weekend before we lock your response.
We are excited but want to remind, there are still a few more weeks of work to be done before we start pumping these out in large quantities. Once the freight arrives next week we have to do the following: measure and weigh every type of item, get the shirts ordered once forms are locked, assemble 800+ packages, print 800+ shipping labels, fill out 400+ customs forms, and get these bad boys to the post office. We do anticipate these to start hitting people's mail in early December, BUT we will confirm once we start dropping packages off at post.

Project-Nerd Team here with an update on shipping and fulfillment.
Surveys are about 90% done. We still have a handful of you that need to complete them before we lock them down. When we lock them, any add-ons or pre-orders from the BackerKit Store will be charged. Any items ordered through BackerKit will ship with your perks.
If you haven't received your survey yet, something went wrong. We sent them out. Check the email you have in Kickstarter (which should be right if you're getting this update), check your spam filter/box, and if no luck then send an email to [email protected].
We are not 100% certain where the comics are exactly, but we know they are on a boat (similar to Lonely Island's boat, but bigger) in the Pacific Ocean. Based on when they shipped, we'd assume past the halfway point.
The printer estimated late-October to early-November for freight arrival. As soon as it hits the U.S. West Coast and is put on a truck, the printer will provide us with a tracking number so we can more accurately start planning dates for shipping out to you fine folks.
We're seeing some questions come through. Feel free to continue to post them on Kickstarter if you want and we'll do our best to respond. If it is related to fulfillment and surveys though, please reach out to [email protected] with Pinupocalypse in the subject line so we can get you an answer or a resolution more quickly.
